StoneFabBI is designed in a way that reporting should work for any company that uses Stone Profit Systems®. During our onboarding process, we will first pull a sample of your data to look for any problems. If we find anything irregular, we will discuss with you how your reports might be impacted and how it could be improved.

We will utilize a licensed user account to log into your system and access the data. This will require that you create a user in the SPS system that is dedicated for our use. With our cloud-based sync, we are able to integrate your data from Stone Profit Systems® into our database.

There is no need for any software to be installed on your computer or servers. StoneFabBI is completely web-based and can be accessed with any browser from your PC or mobile device.

Though the application is not yet fully optimized for viewing on mobile devices, you can access the application and view all reports and dashboards from your phone or tablets. We will be optimizing the mobile experience very soon!

You cannot create or customize your own reports. Our intent with StoneFabBI is to pull you out of the report writing business and deliver reports and dashboards that provide actionable data to help drive your business. But we also welcome your feedback! As a customer, you will have a channel to submit suggestions and requests for new content that will be reviewed by our development team.

StoneFabBI runs the data refresh jobs each night, so your data is always current through the close of the prior business day.

To onboard our customers, we implement a robust, cloud-based sync process that manages millions of data elements each night. A data model is created that includes metrics and key performance indicators to help drive efficiency and profits. Job monitoring is deployed to ensure that your data is always current through the previous business day. We manually review your data at the start to ensure alignment with our model and identify any possible gaps. We will support your users during setup and provide live, web-hosted training sessions with your team to ensure that your users can maximize the value of StoneFabBI.

Our StoneFabBI service is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time.

The cloud-based sync from Stone Profit Systems® is outbound only. There is no chance that we will ever change or update any data in your system.
